Designers may present collections including couture, ready-to-wear, cultural attire, evening wear, avant-garde fashion, and sustainable designs.
Participation Fee Structure
Designer Entry Fee: $100
Includes participation in the runway show and showcase of up to 6 pieces.
Optional Services & Additional Fees
Runway Production & Styling Support Fee: $150
- Includes basic styling coordination, lineup planning, and backstage assistance.
Professional Photography Package: $200
- Includes edited runway and backstage images for designer use.
Video & Media Package: $300
- Includes highlight reel and social media clips.
Premium Runway Placement: $250
- Priority placement in the show lineup for enhanced visibility.
Models
- Professional runway models will be provided by the organizer at $100 per designer.
- Designers are encouraged to bring their own models if preferred, subject to coordination and approval.
Global Fashion Book Feature
Designers may choose to be featured in the Global Fashion Book (will be published after the fashion show), an official publication showcasing participating designers and collections.
Feature Fee: $100 per design/look
Includes:
- High-quality image of the design
- Designer biography
- Brand description and cultural inspiration
- Contact or brand information

Collection Guidelines
Each participating designer may present up to 6 looks/pieces. Final number of pieces may be adjusted based on runway timing and overall show curation.
All garments should be professionally prepared and suitable for a public, international audience.

Designers may join as members to receive reduced participation fees and promotional opportunities.
Global Designer Member – $25/month
- 10% discount on participation fees.
Featured Designer Member – $50/month
- 20% discount and priority show placement consideration.
Cultural Fashion Patron – $100/month
- 30% discount, recognition, and enhanced promotional opportunities.
Masterpieces Fashion Member – $150/month
- Includes all benefits plus eligibility to be featured in Masterpieces – Global Art & Fashion Magazine.

Selection & Acceptance
The organizer reserves the right to review all submissions, curate the runway presentation, adjust the number of looks, and make final acceptance decisions. Designers must ensure all garments, models, and presentations meet professional and cultural standards appropriate for an international audience.

Application Materials
Designer name, brand name, country/cultural background, short biography, collection description, images or sketches of designs, number of looks, and participation preferences.
